Quality Policy

The Rais Hassan Saadi Group of Companies (RHSG) are engaged in the provision of Shipping services, Freight Forwarding, Logistics and Distribution and other related freight transport activities together with Insurance and Travel Agency services which consistently strive to satisfy the needs and expectations of its customers.

To help us achieve this, we have implemented and maintain a fully documented Quality Management System based on the internationally recognized standard ISO 9001:2008 Edition.

Our Quality Management System is designed to continually improve performance by identifying and addressing the needs of our customers. In order for us to achieve continual improvement, we have set and will maintain, review and where necessary revise, quality objectives with the aim of continually improving our performance.

Improving our overall performance throughout our operations is central to our continuing priority to ensure our customers receive both products and services of the highest standards possible.

Achievement of customer satisfaction involves all staff and all employees are individually responsible for the quality of their work and are encouraged through dialogue to actively participate in understanding and meeting the needs of customers.

The Rais Hassan Saadi Group of companies regularly reviews its operations, as stipulated in the Quality Management System, to ensure compliance with the policy, with the continuing aim of meeting our customer requirements by actively improving our performance in accordance with the ISO 9001 standard for Quality Management.
